🌐 1. Website Usage & Digital Atelier Access

By accessing or browsing Woodza.com, using the interactive 3D Door Customizer, or communicating with the Woodza Concierge, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of India.

• Permitted Use: You may use our platform solely for personal, architectural, or commercial door procurement and design inspiration.
• System Integrity: You agree not to attempt reverse engineering, scraping of product high-resolution textures, or automated scraping of our proprietary 3D configurator models.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate dimensions, site address, and contact details during consultation and order booking.

📦 2. Custom Door Orders, Sizing & Production

Each Woodza VD-Series door is a bespoke handcrafted architectural installation built to order from seasoned solid timber and engineered composite cores.

• Order Confirmation & Drawing Signoff: Manufacturing commences only after the client approves the final architectural dimension sheet, swing direction (left/right, inside/outside), and timber finish swatch.
• Site Measurement: We offer complimentary laser measurement across Ahmedabad and major metro zones. For remote locations, dimension sheets provided by the client's architect/carpenter will serve as the manufacturing standard.
• Production Lead Times: Standard handcrafted production ranges from 14 to 21 business days depending on CNC complexity and multi-layer PU lacquer curing schedules.
• Modifications & Cancellations: Because every leaf is custom-cut, orders may not be cancelled or dimensionally modified once timber milling and CNC engraving have begun.

💳 3. Payments, Taxes, Invoicing & Escrow

We adhere to 100% transparent pricing with no hidden charges. All door prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax norms.

• Payment Terms: A 50% advance milestone is required to initiate timber kiln allocation and CNC programming; the remaining 50% balance is payable prior to factory dispatch and wooden-crate handover.
• Accepted Modes: We support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards via Razorpay secure gateway, and Direct RTGS/NEFT Corporate Wire Transfers.
• Invoicing: A formal GST Tax Invoice with complete HSN code attribution is issued with every shipment.
• Price Validity: Custom quote estimates provided by our atelier desk remain valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

All intellectual property rights related to Woodza, including but not limited to:

• The Woodza™ brand name, logo, and atelier insignia.
• The 34 authentic VD-Series CNC vector patterns (VD-501 through VD-534).
• All studio photography, 3D renderings, dimension specifications, and architectural documentation.

are the exclusive copyrighted property of Woodza Luxury Doors Pvt. Ltd. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, digital redistribution, or commercial manufacture by third parties without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

🛡️ 5. 10-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee & Warranty

Every authentic Woodza entrance and safety door set is accompanied by our 10-Year Warranty against borer attack, termite infestation, core delamination, and excessive warping (when installed with our recommended chaukhat frames). 6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
