Terms & Conditions of Sale and Atelier Service

1. Website Usage & Digital Atelier Access

By accessing or browsing woodza.in, using the interactive 3D Door Customizer, or communicating with the Woodza Concierge, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of India.

• Permitted Use: You may use our platform solely for personal, architectural, or commercial door procurement and design inspiration.
• System Integrity: You agree not to attempt reverse engineering, scraping of product high-resolution textures, or automated scraping of our proprietary 3D configurator models.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate dimensions, site address, and contact details during consultation and order booking.

2. Custom Door Orders, Sizing & Production

Each Woodza WD-Series door is a bespoke handcrafted architectural installation built to order from seasoned solid timber and engineered composite cores.

• Order Confirmation & Drawing Signoff: Manufacturing commences only after the client approves the final architectural dimension sheet, swing direction (left/right, inside/outside), and timber finish swatch.
• Site Measurement: We offer complimentary laser measurement across Ahmedabad and major metro zones. For remote locations, dimension sheets provided by the client's architect/carpenter will serve as the manufacturing standard.
• Production Lead Times: Standard handcrafted production ranges from 14 to 21 business days depending on CNC complexity and multi-layer PU lacquer curing schedules.
• Modifications & Cancellations: Because every leaf is custom-cut, orders may not be cancelled or dimensionally modified once timber milling and CNC engraving have begun.

3. Payments, Taxes, Invoicing & Escrow

We adhere to 100% transparent pricing with no hidden charges. All door prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax norms.

• Payment Terms: Orders placed on this website are payable in full at checkout. Timber kiln allocation and CNC programming begin only once payment is confirmed, because every leaf is cut to the opening you supply. Cash on delivery is not offered.
• Accepted Modes: We support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards via Razorpay secure gateway, and Direct RTGS/NEFT Corporate Wire Transfers.
• Invoicing: A formal GST Tax Invoice with complete HSN code attribution is issued with every shipment.
• Price Validity: Custom quote estimates provided by our atelier desk remain valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

All intellectual property rights related to Woodza, including but not limited to:

• The Woodza™ brand name, logo, and atelier insignia.
• The 34 authentic WD-Series CNC vector patterns (WD-501 through WD-534).
• All studio photography, 3D renderings, dimension specifications, and architectural documentation.

are the exclusive copyrighted property of Woodza Luxury Doors Pvt. Ltd. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, digital redistribution, or commercial manufacture by third parties without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

5. 3-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee & Warranty

Every authentic Woodza entrance and safety door set is accompanied by our 3-Year Warranty against borer attack, termite infestation, core delamination, and excessive warping (when installed with our recommended chaukhat frames). 6. Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

6.1 Cancellation window

• Within 24 hours of payment, and before timber cutting or CNC programming has begun, an order may be cancelled in full and the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
• After cutting begins, the timber has been committed to your measurements and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6.2 No refund on made-to-measure doors

Doors are manufactured to the width, height and specification you select at checkout. They are not stock items. For that reason we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• A change of mind about the design, colour, timber or finish after payment.
• Measurements supplied incorrectly by the customer or their contractor. Please measure the clear opening at three heights and send the smallest.
• Doors altered, planed, cut, drilled, polished or painted after delivery.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, by fitting without the recommended frame, or by water ingress from an unfinished floor or wall.
• Natural variation in grain, knot pattern and tone. Timber and laminate are not printed sheets and no two leaves are identical.

6.3 When we do replace or refund

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 stand regardless of the clauses above. We will replace, repair or refund a door that is:

• Damaged in transit — report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the crate and the leaf.
• Not what was ordered — a different design, size or timber from the order confirmation.
• Defective in manufacture — delamination, core failure, or warping beyond tolerance, covered by the 3-Year Craft Guarantee above.

Keep the crate and packing until the door is inspected. A claim is assessed within 7 working days of the photographs reaching us. Where a replacement is not practical, the refund is made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of the claim being approved. Return freight on a door that is genuinely damaged, wrong or defective is ours, not yours.

6.4 Failed and duplicate payments

If money leaves your account but the order does not appear, nothing has been lost. A failed or duplicated payment is returned by the payment gateway to the original method, normally within 5 to 7 working days. Send us the payment reference and we will chase it with the gateway on your behalf.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
